Mandatory sessions
A module takes about 3 to 4 months, according to a predefined schedule. Each module has three class sessions, each of which will be held on two consecutive days and will include evening sessions. In order to successfully complete a module, attendance at all sessions is mandatory. The writing of a paper concludes each module. Between the classroom sessions there will be a month to six weeks for self-study, readings, discussions and writing. The thesismodule will differ from the others and will be more extensive.  Throughout the program a number of seminars will be organized on specific, non module related, subjects. Those sessions are mandatory as well. Besides the meetings in Finland, an international study trip will be part of the program. 

E-learning platform
The program’s E-learning platform supports activity between the face-to-face classroom meetings and consists of a learning content, up- and download possibilities and discussion forums.
