Entrepreneurial leaders?
In addition to the knowledge, skills and ambition that qualifies Polish managers very well for the business today, company directors recognize a need for entrepreneurial leaders to run their organizations in the future. This requires vision, creativity, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to inspire people whilst simultaneously creating attractive and competitive organizations.
Program focus 2010
The Entrepreneurial Leadership Program distinguishes itself from ‘normal’ leadership programs by taking the participant out of his/her comfort zone and to make him/her partner in a process of learning by new and realistic experiences (Experimental Learning). The program itself offers the opportunity to participate in challenging assignments, to pick up new ideas and visions and to discuss professional and personal competences in a constructive way (Appreciative Coaching).
