What is the participants profile?

Participant’s Profile
You are an executive leader with proven qualities, in a large (internationally-operating) company/not-for-profit/governmental organization. You are 40 years of age or older. Your company/organization identifies you as a key part of its strategy and succession plan and is willing to sponsor your participation in the NBP.
 
Next to that, you have:
  • Substantial experience as member of an executive board/committee, division director, or corporate staff director 
  • At least one non-executive position 
  • The commitment to take part and invest in a two-year program
  • The time and willingness to learn from peer group interaction
The NBP aims to include qualified participants, representing a variety of successful professional achievements as well as possible future responsibilities. Diversity in background, industry, area of expertise and gender are important criteria. Thus, the NBP offers participants a unique opportunity to share and to broaden their perspective on corporate governance. Company sponsorship and pre-selection of the most qualified candidates by the sponsoring organization are preferred.
