Who are the NBP faculty?

All persons involved in NBP’s instruction have a firm basis in the Dutch enterprise world. 
 
The core faculty consists of:
Drs. Marjan Lubbers MSOD, Director and co-developer of the New Board Program. She also develops ”tailor-made” in-company programs for specific client organizations, especially in the area of corporate governance.​
Prof. Fred Lachotzki, Professor of Business Policy. For more than 40 years he has been a member of the Nyenrode faculty and has served or is serving on a number of boards in an executive as well as a non-executive capacity, both nationally as well as internationally.​
Prof. dr. Mijntje Lückerath-Rovers, Professor of Corporate Governance and  specifically Board Practices, and Director Nyenrode Corporate Governance Institute (NCGI). Her research focuses on corporate governance, especially the role and composition of the non-executive board in relation to the executive board and stakeholders. Prof. Lückerath-Rovers holds positions on non-executive boards at Achmea and ASN Bank.​
Prof. mr. Steven R. Schuit, Professor Corporate Governance & Responsibility. Steven Schuit retired as partner of Allen & Overy, a global law firm, in 2005. Currently he serves on the non-executive boards of several companies and institutions. ​
Tom Cummings BA MA, Associate Professor Boardroom Dynamics and Leadership. Over the past 20 years, Tom Cummings has designed and implemented strategy, change and co¬operation assignments for a broad range of international companies and institutions such as Shell, Unilever, Fortis, Philips, Goldman Sachs and others. He has structured client engagements in partnership with academics, consultants and line managers to define and work on the key strategy and leadership issues facing those businesses.​
