Cooperation with ING

 

ING/ Nyenrode Center for Real Estate Finance
The ING/ Nyenrode Center for Real Estate Finance is a cooperation of ING Real Estate Finance and the Nyenrode Real Estate Center. The main goal of the Center is the joint enhancement and exchange of scientific and practical knowledge on real estate lending which will be developed, shared and marketed for all Nyenrode and ING’s global partners, markets, clients and employees. In this way, ING REF and Nyenrode will create opinion leadership together in the area of real estate lending.

 

The first results are expected at the beginning of 2011 and will concern a lending survey and research on Dutch (institutional and private) real estate investors and their current and future lending policies. An extended research will be completed each half year which focuses once every time on the Dutch and global markets.

 

Each summer, the center will also organize two or three summer courses. Subjects will be depending on the knowledge developed by the center, on knowledge already available within Nyenrode and REF and subjects which are relevant at that moment in time.
