In January 2007, Rosalie Burgers started working as a researcher at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. She has a special interest in questions about management and organization. In the beginning of 2008 she started her Ph.D. thesis, which is concerned with the psychological contract in modern organizations.

Rosalie Burgers received a Msc degree in International Business from the University of Maastricht (May 2005). Rosalie studied at the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris, France) during the spring semester of 2004. After graduation she started working as an international sales account manager at Mondi Packaging.
