The Nyenrode Center for Finance has five areas of specialization:
- Corporate Finance, dealing with the financial decisions corporations make, and the tools and analysis used to make the decisions.
- Corporate Governance, which entails the rules, processes, or laws by which businesses are operated, regulated, and controlled.
- Financial and Monetary Economics, exploring the workings of financial markets.
- Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, dealing with the merging and acquiring of different companies as well as assets.
- Treasury Management, which examines the management of financial assets and their market behavior.
