The Nyenrode Center for Finance has five areas of specialization:

  1. Corporate Finance, dealing with the financial decisions corporations make, and the tools and analysis used to make the decisions.
  2. Corporate Governance, which entails the rules, processes, or laws by which businesses are operated, regulated, and controlled.
  3. Financial and Monetary Economics, exploring the workings of financial markets.
  4. Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, dealing with the merging and acquiring of different companies as well as assets.
  5. Treasury Management, which examines the management of financial assets and their market behavior.
