Recently a Nyenrode Breakfast Session took place at Nyenrode in Amsterdam in cooperation with Henriette van Eeghen, founder of Impact Matters.

On April 20th, Nyenrode welcomed speaker Marieke Vrins as part of the Nyenrode Online Breakfast Sessions. She introduced the participants to the challenges related to her work for several NGO’s on the Greek Island Lesvos.

Nyenrode has launched an app to take a digital tour, in which alumnus Aydan Kool and Amber Overbosch, team lead of Nyenrode’s program advisors, walk you around on our campus in the capital.

For the specialization Digital Business & Innovation, one of the three tracks within the Full-time Master of Science in Management, a study trip to Shenzhen (China) was scheduled. Exactly: was, since Covid-19 changed everything.

2021 is the year of the 75-year Anniversary of Nyenrode Business University. But that will not be the only anniversary we celebrate this year: this was also the month, ten years ago, that Nyenrode started its Amsterdam adventure with the purchase of the New Business School. And in recent years, the Amsterdam site has grown into a fully-fledged second university campus, equal to the one in Breukelen.

On November 3rd, 2020, Nyenrode welcomed Loek van den Boog, Founder and Chairman of Net4kids, a matchmaker between business and local child aid projects in Asia and Africa as part of the Nyenrode Online Breakfast Sessions.

This week saw the ‘birth’ of the latest degree program at Nyenrode Business University, in the heart of Amsterdam. Starting this year, BSc in Business Administration (BScBA) students can choose to either study in our capital or in Breukelen, on the campus.

On August 24, Prof Lidewey van der Sluis presented the first copy of her book to Hugo de Jonge, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public health, Welfare, and Sport.
