Rosa worked hard to build a successful career within medical science. Though, in the summer of 2018 she decided to change course, trading an academic hospital setting for a full-time MBA at Nyenrode in Amsterdam. Rosa: ‘I would rather create the protocols than implement them.’
The 2018 Financial Times European Business School Ranking has been published. As expected, Nyenrode Business Universiteit has slipped in the overall ranking of European Business Schools, falling from 38th place in 2017 to 51st out of 95 institutions in 2018. The university believes the reason for this result is clear: it is a consequence of a one-time lack of responses from graduates in 2014, which factors into the ranking.
On October 18, students from the Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) at Nyenrode Business Universiteit celebrated the successful completion of their final – and favorite – course in the program: a competitive simulation that provides the ultimate link between theory and practice.
A group of nine MSc in Management students from Nyenrode Business Universiteit attended the International Gas Forum and the Youth Day in St. Petersburg, Russia. This was a special event for young talents who are interested in energy.
This young entrepreneur had to leave Syria due to the civil war. Now he has been living In the Netherlands for 4 our years. With the sponsorship from the university, he was able to pursue the Full-Time MBA program at Nyenrode Amsterdam. Now he is graduated and ready for his next adventure: to start-up his own company!
Last 24 May, Nyenrode Amsterdam hosted its annual Network Event aimed at bringing Bachelor and MBA students even closer to the business community. The event included workshops on growth hacking, personal branding and networking opportunities.
