Nyenrode provides students with an optimal environment to prepare for a successful career. This is emphasized in the recently released Keuzegids Masters 2024 by students, who highlight the crucial role of faculty. Lecturers at Nyenrode are often also active in the business world in addition to their academic roles, which is highly beneficial for students.

It's more common at Nyenrode that a close friendship on campus is the first step of an entrepreneurial adventure. Former bachelor students Loek de Lyon and Ole Nijst share a common passion for boats, which formed the basis of a study project. That project evolved into their own company, Boatique, a leasing concept for electric commercial sloops.

For the fourth time in a row, the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BScBA) has been rated the best program in the Netherlands in the International Business category by the Keuzegids Universiteiten.

Students at Nyenrode Business University are once again highly satisfied with their education, as shown in the recent National Student Survey (NSE). Like in previous years, our students have expressed their appreciation for the strong practical orientation of their programs.

This year, once again, the master’s degree programs of Nyenrode Business University receive high ratings for practical orientation and the connection with the corporate world and the government. This is evident from the Keuzegids Masters 2023 (Resource Guide Masters 2023) that was published last week. The students are in particular above average satisfied with the master’s degree programs Controlling, Executive Master of Finance & Control and Management.

Three alumni friends start a company together: “With our startup SizeBuddy, we want to help the smaller companies reducing their costs and doing business in a more sustainable way”.

Just like the last three years, Nyenrode’s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BScBA) program has once again been selected by Keuzegids Universiteiten (Resource Guide Universities) as best education program in the Netherlands in the International Business category. In addition, the BScBA is awarded a shared third place as one of the five top programs in the Netherlands. Students rated the professional career preparation ‘excellent’, and they are positive about the didactic skills, guidance and involvement of lecturers and professors.

The Green Deal’s sustainability program from 2019 obligates companies to gradually focus more on people, the environment, and society: ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). But are organisations adequately equipped to make their business operations more sustainable?
