Revolving Scholarship MSc in Management

Make a donation towards a scholarship for the fulltime Master of Science in Management (FTMSc) in Amsterdam or Breukelen  

The university fund believes it is important to also enable students who do not have the financial means themselves to study at Nyenrode. Thanks to contributions from alumni, we can offer scholarships to these students.

Stichting Nyenrode Fonds facilitates the selection process of the young candidates eligible for a scholarship. Since (representatives of) the donors are closely involved with the recipients as mentors, a personal connection between donor and recipient is vital. 

These scholarships are ‘revolving’ in character. This means that the recipient has the moral obligation to pay it forward, by offering a scholarship to a new student. A scholarship can never cover more than 50% of the total tuition fee, however, it can really make the difference and allow a candidate to study at Nyenrode.

Experiences

We provide various scholarships each year. In 2020, seventeen students started their studies at Nyenrode on a scholarship. On our annual Thank The Donor Day, a very special occasion for both students and donors, the selected students receive their scholarship checks from their donors and mentors. The event is also an excellent opportunity to get to know each other better and build bridges for the future. On Saturday, June 4, Koen Becking, Rector Magnificus and Chairman of the Executive Board, as well as Elyas Razawi, former scholarship student of the BSc in Business Administration, officially launched the new Nyenrode Scholarship Fund. With a push of the red button, they gave the starting signal in a large tent on the estate during the lustrum festivities in honor of the 75th anniversary of Nyenrode Business University.

Through Stichting Nyenrode Fonds, John Baalbaki received a scholarship from the Nyenrodians in the class of 1958 to come and study at Nyenrode. He talks about leadership, perseverance and the importance of setbacks for success.
