Overview
First students Nyenrode Amsterdam arrive in newly-build OurDomain wing in Diemen-Zuid
On Wednesday August 14th, 2019, the new OurDomain part of our housing location in Amsterdam / Diemen-South was officially opened. Firstly, five Chinese students moved in.
Smoking policy
As of the summer of 2020, smoking in schoolyards has been prohibited in the Netherlands. This measure applies from primary schools up to universities. However, there are buildings that do not have an educational function on university campuses, like catering establishments with their own outdoor space. Those areas are not subject to this prohibition. Smoking is still permitted at the following locations at Nyenrode: the student campus, the car park at the southern edge of the grounds and outside at the Plesman Hotel and Campus hotel.
