This requires organizations to reimagine the HR Function. This 7-month’s learning journey immerses participants with the latest insights and leading practices in HR Leadership that will drive business impact.

Program overview

This high impact program is 6-month learning journey, which include 8 online modules plus a 3-day (obliged) in-person retreat in Segovia/Spain and a retreat in Amsterdam. The online journey blends different formats and assignments including self-paced digital learning, live online workshops, group assignments, virtual learning pods, mentoring, on-the-job assignments, peer exchanges and a personal project.

The 3-day in-person retreat will take place at the IE Business School Campus in Segovia/Spain. The retreat in Amsterdam will take place at Business University Nyenrode.


Participant's profile

The program aims at professionals and leaders who like to up-skill and immerse themselves in the HR Sciences and Best Practices, including HR Leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, HR Specialists and HR Advisors and Consultants. A minimum of 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 3 years in an HR role.

What are the costs?

This is a high impact global blended program, which includes 8 modules of interactive live virtual classroom sessions; self-paces digital learning, group work, on-the job assignments, a personal project and peer exchanges and mentoring. Attendance of a 3-day residential retreat is obligated.

The program fee is € 9.500 per person. This includes your tuition fee, access to learning platform, books and meals during the retreat. Not included are, plane tickets and hotel.

After completion of the program you will receive a valuable certificate of participation and completion from Nyenrode Business Universiteit and IE University.
