Our hospitality partner Vermaat caters all of the estate's venues and looks after our day-to-day food and drinks needs. At the highest level, from amuse-bouche to dinner or buffet, for large or small groups and to any specification. Our hospitality services are an integral part of Nyenrode's education programs, providing meeting, collaborating and relaxing opportunities for all our participants and students.
Party caterer Vineyard Catering is another valued hospitality partner. They cater large-scale and complex events at Nyenrode. They enjoy organizing your event in a professional manner; walking dinners, corporate presentations at the Castle, intimate gatherings in our Rose Garden, a fabulous party in the Coach House, or any other special event. Whether looking after dozens or hundreds of guests, Vineyard Catering always uses fresh, seasonal, high-quality products.
You can organize your event in several locations situated around our estate.
As well as a breakfast room, the Plesman Hotel comes with a comfortable hotel bar. The bar is open daily from 7.00 PM to 1.00 AM. It is possible to book the bar for your event outside of these times.
Our restaurant 'De Lakei' welcomes you for an a la carte lunch or dinner six days a week, and Sundays upon request. We also serve a luxury buffet lunch seven days a week, subject to demand. On sunny days, we open the pond-side restaurant terrace.
Our 'Mensa', Latin for table, is a self-service restaurant open for lunch and dinner. At lunchtime, we serve soups, salads, bread and (warm) snacks. Dinner consists of a choice of two hot meals, a vegetarian option and several desserts, and you will also find a well-stocked salad bar. Opening times: Monday-Friday 12.00 - 1.30 PM and 5.00 - 7.00 PM, and Saturday 12.00 - 1.30 PM.
