John Koster is (part time) professor of marketing implementation and organization at Nyenrode Business Universiteit. He is a Registered Marketer. His research focuses on the execution of marketing programs, the interface between marketing and other business functions, sales effectiveness and customer centricity.
John received his master's degree in Business Economics and his PhD in Marketing from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is a very experienced consultant and lecturer, specializing in implementing and organizing marketing, especially in services and business to business environments.
John has gained experience in many branches, including chemical industry, construction, ship building, electronics, public sector and banking and insurance. He carried out in-company training assignments for many large companies. His international experience comes from projects for major companies in the UK, USA, Scandinavia and other European countries.
John Koster has published many articles, books and conference proceedings. He has lectured at different universities in the Netherlands and abroad and is a regular speaker for companies and business associations.
John Koster is also chairman of Holland Consulting Group. Furthermore, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Stichting Moz-Art and member of the Supervisory Board of Stichting Mobiel Erfgoed Centrum. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Advies Milgro BV and Chairman of the jury of the Industrial Social Media Award.
