ERP increases market value but not productivity
 - Monday, August 16, 2010
All over the world, millions of people employed by prominent companies and organizations use large integrated computer systems at work. These systems are known as ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning). Over the past few decades, companies have invested billions in these systems. For her dissertation, Lineke Sneller, researcher at the Nyenrode School of Accountancy & Controlling, studied whether or not these investments in integrated computer systems actually live up to companies’ expectations.

"ERP does not appear to be better or worse than other systems of automation."
