Accountability policy

The Nyenrode Fund works on the basis of a 3-year policy plan and accounts annually for the activities of the past year. More insight into our working method and activities can be found in the publications below.

The Nyenrode Fund is the university fund of Nyenrode Business University. The foundation acquires philanthropic contributions for the university. Donations received benefit the Nyenrode Foundation or Nyenrode Business University for the 3 pillars we stand for: heritage, scholarships and research. 

Thanks to the support of alumni and other donors, talented students are given the opportunity to study at our university, we contribute to the care of the Nijenrode Estate with its 27 monuments, and young scholars can conduct research on the themes of the future. 

To make this possible, Nyenrode makes capacity and financial resources available for staff and operational costs of the Nyenrode Development Office to which the Nyenrode Fund belongs. Donations will fully benefit the projects. The Nyenrode Fund is recognized by the tax authorities as an Institution for General Benefit (ANBI).

Annual Report 2021-2022

The requirement of the annual report is that at least the balance sheet, statement of income and expenditure and the explanatory notes are published. We have chosen to provide additional information in addition to the presentation of the figures. In the annual accounts below, we discuss the goals that have been set and the results achieved.
