Events at Nyenrode
Nyenrode can provide a magnificent backdrop for your lecture, meeting, corporate event or reception. You can choose from a variety of locations, including lecture rooms and executive halls. For more exclusive occasions we offer residence our historic Coach House and Nyenrode Castle.
If you wish to stay overnight, there are two hotels located on the estate, enabling you to attend or organize multi-day events.
Catering
At Nyenrode, it's all about the experience. Our hospitality partner, Vermaat, plays a key role in this with their distinctive Harvest concept. Whether you're planning a business lunch, an exclusive dinner, or full-service event catering, every detail is carefully aligned with your needs and the unique character of your event.
At Nyenrode there is a variety of hospitality venues, from an elegant restaurant and buffet area to a cozy hotel bar. When the weather allows, our outdoor terraces, including one by the water, provide the perfect setting for lunch, drinks or a barbecue in the open air.
Meeting, collaborating, and relaxing are the core principles of the Harvest hospitality concept. This initiative focuses on harvesting the best products from our own local soil. Together with an innovative team of chefs, local farmers, and producers, we offer our guests a great seasonal catering experience. Our goal is to serve more than just delicious dishes; we aim to create an experience where sowing and harvesting play an important role. The concept is founded on three key pillars: sustainable choices, the estate as a true experience and food that connects.

Locations
The estate boasts 40 multifunctional rooms and halls for small or large gatherings (max. 320 people). Our rooms are ideal for (business) meetings and (multi-day) conferences.
All meeting rooms come with audio equipment, microphone, flip-over, projector, laptop and projection screen, and we can offer a range of additional facilities and services to ensure your event runs smoothly.

How do I get to Nyenrode?
Nyenrode is located in the center of the Netherlands, at about 20 minutes from both Amsterdam and Utrecht. You can easily reach us by public transport or car, and we provide ample free parking. There are multiple charge points for electric cars on the estate, subject to availability. It is not possible to reserve a charge point.
Parties, weddings & meetings
Are you celebrating a special occasion? Nyenrode is the perfect venue! We have a number of scenic rooms in our Castle and Coach House that are perfect for your reception or party. The Coach House can even accommodate up to 500 people. Our catering partner is happy to work with you on the culinary details.
Our Hotel Bar is the place to round up a business meeting, but equally suited for a private function. And of course, you can host a drinks party on one of the many other locations on our estate.
Official wedding location
For those with a connection to Nyenrode, the historical splendor of the Castle or the scenic Coach House can make the perfect wedding venue. The estate is located in the Municipality of Stichtse Vecht and an official wedding location within this municipality. We look forward to hosting your special day on the weekend or during the summer holidays.
Ceremony
Your ceremony can take place in the Castle, Coach House or Rose Garden. We also offer you the option of holding a toast or cake cutting ceremony in the magnificent castle forecourt. Photoshoot
Anyone with a connection to Nyenrode can organize a photoshoot on the estate. The Castle forecourt provides a classic backdrop. Our Rose Garden is also a picturesque location, particularly when the roses are in bloom. If you also have your wedding ceremony or party at the estate, there is no additional cost for the photoshoot.
