The Impact MBA is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their business expertise, develop their leadership and create lasting impact in a changing world. The curriculum combines business and strategy with digital transformation, sustainability and personal leadership development.

  • Impact MBA Full-time, accelerate your career through an immersive international MBA experience. The 14-month Full-time Impact MBA gives you the opportunity to focus fully on your development, build an international network and prepare for your next career step.
  • Impact MBA Executive, develop your leadership while continuing your career. The 24-month part-time Executive Impact MBA allows you to combine your development with your work and apply new knowledge and perspectives directly within your organisation.

Modular Executive MBA: flexibility for senior professionals

How do you combine an MBA with a demanding career? In this video, you will discover how the Modular Executive MBA is structured, how you can create your own learning path, and how much time the program requires. You will also learn more about the different tracks and who the program is designed for.

 

Why choose the Modular Executive MBA?

  • Design your MBA around your career and schedule. Start with a single module or enroll in the full MBA program from the outset and work towards your MBA degree at your own pace.
  • Choose from three tracks: Business & IT, Business & Sustainable Transitions, or Public & Private. Each track addresses the strategic challenges relevant to your professional field.
  • To earn the full MBA degree, you will complete six core modules, two elective modules, an international study trip, and a final thesis.
  • You determine your own pace to a large extent. An individual module takes approximately six months to complete and requires 6 to 10 hours of study per week. The full MBA typically takes 4.5 years to complete.
  • Learn alongside experienced professionals and leaders, work on challenges from your own organization, and translate academic insights directly into business practice.
