'Being human in a digital age'
In a world where AI, digitization and the war on talent are radically changing the playing field, managers are faced with complex, urgent questions. What does this require of you as a leader? Which skills are essential to remain relevant and to keep your organization agile?
What can you expect?
- Insight into leadership skills that really matter in the digital age.
- Reflection on your own role as a leader in a rapidly changing playing field.
- Inspiration and dialogue with peers at a strategic level.
- Choose the session you want to follow
You can choose from two sessions, each with its own perspective, led by one of our most renowned professors. You can find more information about both sessions further down the page.
- AI decision making in the board, by prof. dr. Désirée van Gorp
- Leading with human skills: thriving in the age of AI, by prof. dr. Nick van Dam
For whom?
The sessions are exclusively for managers who have been personally invited. We only have room for 30 executive directors per session. If a session is full, we will move later registrations to the next session. Therefore, do not wait too long to register.
The National Herring Party will take place at Nyenrode, to which we cordially invite you.
