Business Ethics in context

What pays, what is allowed and what is right? Companies operate on the market, they are bound by laws, and are expected to act ethically. Our module Business Ethics in context helps you discover the interfaces between market, law and ethics. We explore subjects like economics, marketing, corporate law, legal compliance, corporate ethics and stakeholder management. We teach you how to take and defend a point of view in (ethical) dilemmas and strengthen your leadership skills, continually looking at how you can apply your new-found knowledge and insights into your daily working life.

What do you get out of it?

  • Knowledge about how to mix the fields of marketing, law and ethics to create new combinations for positioning your organization
  • An innovative and broader vision on management and entrepreneurship
  • Familiarity with modern management theory and concepts
  • How to take and defend a point of view as taught through debating sessions
  • A final report showing how you have applied what you have learned to your own business case
  • A certificate that proves you have successfully completed the module
  • Content matching the participants' work practice
  • Developing by learning from each other
  • Modular program design

What are you going to do?

Our Business Ethics in context module has been created to offer our participants a frame of thinking with which to understand the social role and responsibilities of organizations. Of course you also learn how to apply your knowledge to your daily working life. This module contains three blocks of two days:

  • The live case research projects; legislation
  • Presenting the live cases; integral reflections
