Our module Change Management and Organizational Development centers on being a (line) manager in a changing organization. In this module you learn how to initiate and guide organizational changes, and, most importantly, how to influence people's behavior. You develop your management skills and learn how to provide an environment in which your team can be at its best.

What are you going to do?

The module Change Management and Organizational Development focuses on initiating and guiding organizational changes, and the role your people play in this process. Participants require an innovative and broad vision on management and entrepreneurship, as well as insight in current management theories and concepts. Our interactive classes simulate you to actively apply these. There are three blocks of two days:

  • Be a business advisor
  • Managing people
  • Guiding and leading organizational transformations

Create your own MBA

We understand combining work, study and personal life can be quite a challenge. That is why we have developed a modular MBA program. You create your own MBA and follow one or more modules or a complete MBA (containing a minimum of two track modules (specializations), six basic modules, the international study trip and the MBA thesis).

If you only want to do this module, we are happy to accommodate you too!

Admission and application

To be eligible for the module Change Management and Organizational Development you need:

  • At least five years' work experience as (general) manager or in an influential/strategic position
  • Proven minimum bachelor's level of work and/or education
  • Affinity with ICT
  • Sufficient knowledge of English

If you are interested in this module, please join us for an experience session. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the course content and attend a trial lecture. You will also meet current and past participants so there is the opportunity to find out how they combined our program with busy jobs and social lives. Register for an experience session.

Investment

Your investment for this module is € 7,145. This amount is exempt from VAT and includes access to all of Nyenrode's physical and virtual student facilities as well as food and drink on course days. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price and can be booked separately.
