Strategy and Business Transformation

Companies have to alter their strategy to seize opportunities that technology and sustainability developments bring. New innovative concepts are riding the wave and transform (for instance) the once concentrated agrofood industry.

Look for instance at the new business models of Picnic or snack vegetables or at the success of sustainable initiatives like Tony’s Chocolonely and Moyee Coffee.

Establisher players could respond in many ways but not responding means out of business. Innovation is key in this industry, but without experience and the right mindset innovation can be a hard nut to crack.

What will you get out of it?

  • The module Strategy and Business Transformation provides you with the latest insights in strategy formulation & implementation, based on current disrupting developments
  • Teaches you strategies to anchor your business in a dynamic market
  • Helps you with the strategic issues of your own organization using the most up-to-date theories on strategy, business models, innovation management and network organizations.
  • Content matching the participants' work practice
  • Developing by learning from each other
  • Modular program design

What are you going to do?

The Strategy and Business Transformation module deals several challenges within the broad range of sustainability related issues in the world. This module consists of three blocks of two days:
