This interactive one-hour informationsession is designed for HR and L&D leaders interested in the 2027 editions of the Global HR Leadership Program or Global L&D Leadership Program. Prof. dr. Nick van Dam and Bo Vialle-Derksen will explore how the rapidly changing world of work is reshaping the capabilities required of HR and L&D leaders. They will also introduce both programs and answer questions from prospective participants.

The session includes three components:

He is a former Global Chief Learning Officer/HR Executive at McKinsey & Company, where he now serves as External Senior Advisor.
