The changing role of HR Leaders

Join Professor Nick van Dam and Bo Vialle-Derksen for an inspiring information session about Nyenrode’s Global HR Leadership Diploma Program. In this interactive session, they will explore how the role of HR is transforming in a world where change accelerates every day.

    Nick van Dam is Program Director and Lead Facilitator, as well as Professor at IE University and Nyenrode Business Universiteit, and Thought Leader and Faculty at Harvard Business Publishing. He is a former Global Chief Learning Officer/HR Executive at McKinsey & Company, where he now serves as External Senior Advisor. Nick is also Co-founder and Faculty of the Pathos Leadership Institute, and a globally recognized expert in leadership development, learning innovation, and human capital.

    Vialle-Derksen is an award-winning speaker and trusted advisor specializing in the Future of Work, the Workforce, and HR. Bo’s international career includes senior HR leadership and advising Fortune 500 companies on workforce strategy through her roles at Deloitte and the Josh Bersin Company. She is an adjunct professor at IE Business School.
