With the world’s acute challenges, e.g., climate change, armed conflict, dependency on fossil fuels and an increasing food shortage, the transition towards sustainable regime of FDI has become priority for many states and private actors. The research activities undertaken by Dr. Levashova have impacted policy discussions at the United Nations (UN) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and have contributed towards the international efforts of transformation of the legal regime of FDI.
The impact presented here is the theoretical and practical contribution towards the enhancement of a sustainability model for a legal regime of foreign direct investments.
