Margit Sleeuwenhoek is a lecturer and affiliated with the Center for Strategy, Organization & Leadership. She facilitates personal leadership journeys in which participants explore how they function as individuals and as leaders. In her teaching, she focuses on increasing awareness of leadership styles, the effects of behavior on others, and the personal stories that influence authenticity. She guides students in understanding their personality structures and translating these insights into meaningful change. In her view, people shape teams, leadership, and organizations.

Her areas of expertise include personal leadership, leadership, and team development. Sleeuwenhoek’s work centers on what makes individuals and relationships effective, and how greater self-awareness contributes to stronger collaboration and leadership.

Sleeuwenhoek believes that leaders are responsible for their own functioning and their impact on others. Her personal mission is to create insight into what drives human behavior and relationships.
