Introduction
The future belongs to organizations that can connect strategic marketing, innovation, and AI into one integrated capability for value creation, transformation, and growth. The Strategic Marketing and Innovation MBA module shows you how.
Over the past decade, digital technologies and data have rewritten the rules across industries. Generative AI is accelerating this shift once again: what was a differentiator last year has often become the standard this year. Organizations that want to remain successful must integrate these three domains. Strategic marketing helps organizations understand where customer value is created. Innovation translates those insights into new products, services, and business models. Artificial intelligence strengthens both disciplines by generating new insights, supporting decision-making, and enabling innovation at scale. Increasingly, it is the interaction between these three domains that determines an organization’s ability to create sustainable competitive advantage.
A learning experience that drives co-creation
This module brings together professionals working in marketing, innovation, digital transformation, and AI. By combining diverse perspectives and areas of expertise, participants create a powerful learning environment where new ideas, insights, and solutions emerge. Together with faculty members and guest speakers, you will tackle current strategic challenges, including those from your own organization. As part of the Modular Executive MBA, the cohort is internationally diverse, bringing together participants from a wide range of industries and countries.
Who is this module for?
This module is designed for professionals with at least five years of experience in a strategic or leadership role and responsibility for growth, proposition development, or transformation. Participants typically include commercial directors, marketing directors, innovation and portfolio managers, business unit leaders, and IT or transformation executives with commercial accountability.
You will benefit from this module if you recognize that strategic decisions in your organization need to move faster than current decision-making processes allow, or if marketing, innovation, and technology still operate as separate disciplines within your organization.
