Program overview

A Transformational Learning Experience—Rooted in World-Class Design and Inspiring Settings

This high-impact, 3-month learning journey combines the best of immersive in-person learning with the flexibility of online engagement—crafted to maximize personal growth, peer connection, and real-world business impact.

At the heart of the program are two unforgettable in-person retreats:

  • Nyenrode Business University, Breukelen (The Netherlands) – Spend 3.5 days at the iconic Nyenrode Castle, set on a beautiful estate just 20 minutes from Amsterdam. Surrounded by history and nature, this serene environment offers the perfect space for focused learning, meaningful dialogue, and deep reflection.
  • IE University, Segovia (Spain) – Experience 3.5 days in a breathtaking 13th-century monastery nestled in the mountains of Segovia. The inspiring setting creates space for creative thinking, mindset shifts, and powerful human connection.

In a world where professionals spend more time than ever in virtual meetings, we intentionally prioritize in-person experiences to foster community, trust, and transformational insight.

Between the retreats, the program continues with four dynamic online modules, blending interactive sessions, applied learning, and impactful assignments—so you can immediately put your insights into practice.

This is more than a program—it's a powerful personal and professional journey, set in two of Europe’s most inspiring learning environments, and designed by two globally ranked business schools.
