Prof. dr. Nick van Dam
Job title ProfessorNick van Dam is Program Director and Lead Facilitator, as well as Professor at IE University and Nyenrode Business Universiteit, and Thought Leader and Faculty at Harvard Business Publishing. He is a former Global Chief Learning Officer/HR Executive at McKinsey & Company, where he now serves as External Senior Advisor. Nick is also Co-founder and Faculty of the Pathos Leadership Institute, and a globally recognized expert in leadership development, learning innovation, and human capital.

Job title Senior lecturerJan Rijken is adjunct Professor at IE University, Co-founder of the Global L&D Leadership Program, and seasoned Chief Learning Officer and Talent Leader with executive experience at KPMG, ABN AMRO, Mercedes-Benz, and SHV. Currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at CEDEO. Renowned for driving strategic talent development and transformative learning initiatives across global organizations.

Prof. Patricia Garcia
Job title Associate ProfessorPatricia Garcia is an Adjunct Professor at IE University and a certified executive coach with a background in business economics, law, and psychology. She has lived and worked in the USA and Europe, bringing a global perspective to leadership development. Patricia is the co-founder of the Pathos Leadership Institute and designs transformative learning experiences that blend psychology, systems thinking, and coaching.

Participant's profile
This program is designed for senior leaders and decision makers who are committed to innovating and transforming learning & development practices within their organizations.
Participants typically:
- hold roles in corporate L&D, leadership development, talent management, or human resources;
- work in leading positions at L&D solutions companies;
- provide L&D advisory services to organizations.
Admission requirements: A minimum of 10 years of work experience including a minimum of 4 years in a L&D/Talent Development role. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Master’s Degree.
Study load
The average study load over 2 months is about 6-8 hours per week (excluding attendance for the immersive classroom sessions).

Cancellation
You can cancel your registration for the Global L&D Leadership Program free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the program. After this deadline, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

What are the costs?
Program Fee:
The fee for this program is €9,950 (excluding VAT) per person. This includes all study materials, access to the online platform, and dinners and lunches during the in-person retreats. Accommodation and travel expenses (such as airfare) are not included.
What’s included:
- An intensive international program featuring 6 interactive modules, 2 in-person retreats, live online sessions, group work, practical assignments, a personal project, and peer mentoring.
- Upon successful completion, you will receive an official diploma from IE University and Nyenrode, recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
