Can employees combine the Impact MBA with a full-time job?

Yes. The Impact MBA Executive is a 24-month part-time program specifically designed to be combined with a professional career. Participants attend one educational block per month, from Wednesday through Saturday, at Nyenrode's main campus in Breukelen. This format allows participants to remain active within their organization and apply new knowledge and perspectives directly in their work.

Who is the Impact MBA Full-time designed for?

The Impact MBA Full-time can be a valuable development route for experienced professionals preparing for a significant career transition, broader management responsibilities or an international assignment. The 14-month format allows participants to step away from their current role and focus fully on their professional and personal development. For international talent, it can also provide a structured transition into the Dutch and European business environment. This makes the program particularly relevant for organizations preparing selected employees for international mobility, secondment or their next leadership role.

How does the partner tuition fee for Impact MBA work?

Selected partners and business relations of Nyenrode can access a special tuition fee for the Impact MBA. This offer provides organizations with an opportunity to invest in the development of experienced professionals within their organization. Can we use our learning and development budget for the Impact MBA?

Many organizations invest in an MBA through their learning and development, leadership development or education budget. How the investment is structured will depend on your organization's own policies and arrangements with your employee. We can provide the program and tuition information needed for an internal business case or approval process.

What happens after we identify a potential Impact MBA candidate?

Start by introducing your employee to our Impact MBA Program Advisor. We can discuss their experience, ambitions and preferred study format and help determine whether the Impact MBA is a suitable next step. Candidates follow the regular Impact MBA admissions process and must meet the program's admission requirements. Employer nomination or support does not guarantee admission. Our Impact MBA team guides candidates through the process and can answer questions from both the candidate and the organization.
