AI & Cyber Security

As our world, and with it business, becomes more digitized, so too increases the risk for organizations. Cybercrime and cyberattacks are in the news daily, and many companies are vulnerable. But is this strictly an IT problem or do we need to look at a broader range of issues and measures?

Our Module AI and Cyber Security teaches you how you can prepare your organization for cyberattacks and the role Artificial Intelligence can play in this, as well as looking into the possibilities of using AI in growing your business.

What will you be doing?

Our module AI and Cyber Security provides you with a theoretical and practical frame of reference allowing you to understand and apply the mechanics of Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence within organizations.

The module contains three blocks of two days:

  • Block 1: Cyber Threats, Psychology of Fraud, Organizing Security
  • Block 2: Future Crimes, Human Being @ Risk, Artificial Intelligence
  • Block 3: Economy of AI, Social Implication of AI, Future Life/Organizations

You will learn through:

  • Lectures by (inter)national experts;
  • Games and simulations to impress upon you the pressure of cyber crises;
  • Building AI hands-on;
  • Practical assignments to deepen your knowledge.

Create your own MBA

We understand combining work, study and personal life can be quite a challenge. That is why we have developed a modular MBA program. You create your own MBA and follow one or more modules or a complete MBA (containing a minimum of two track modules (specializations), six basic modules, the international study trip and the MBA thesis).

During our module AI and Cyber Security, you will interact with inspiring speakers from the field and the academic world. They will share their vision and relate vital principles and insights from their perspective.

Admission and application

To be eligible for the module AI and Cyber Security you need:

  • At least five years' work experience as (general) manager or in an influential/strategic position.
  • Proven minimum bachelor's level of work and/or education.
  • (The ambition to) operate at management level or become an entrepreneur.
  • Proven affinity with ICT.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English.

Experience session

If you are interested in this module, please join us for an experience session. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the course content and attend a trial lecture. You will also meet current and past participants so there is the opportunity to find out how they combined our program with busy jobs and social lives. .

What are the cost?

Your investment for this module is € 6,395. This amount is exempt from VAT and includes access to all of Nyenrode's physical and virtual student facilities as well as food and drink on course days.

Additionally, you may book hotel accommodation in one of the hotels on our estate if you wish to stay the night.
