Develop practical knowledge for leadership in the digital age
The Management of AI and Cyber Security (AISEC) module supports professionals in making better decisions in a world where artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation intersect. You cultivate phronesis: the practical wisdom essential for strategic, ethical, and adaptive leadership.
From technical expertise to strategic judgment
Digital transformation is reshaping every sector. It creates new opportunities but also introduces unprecedented risks. Organizations need professionals who can bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business realities—people who not only understand the technology but also possess the practical wisdom to apply it effectively.
This module integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity in a unique, judgment‑driven way. The most critical decisions sit at the intersection of technology, ethics, and business strategy. You develop the capabilities needed to navigate uncertainty, create value, and manage risks responsibly.
In the MBA module Management of AI and Cyber Security, we explore these questions and equip you with practical tools to guide your organization, even in turbulent times.
What our participants say
"The module provides a foundation for making decisions in a world where "agility" and digital transformation are central."
''The efficiency-enhancing opportunities created by Artificial Intelligence are enormous and relevant to any organization. As a result, the risks associated with implementing Artificial Intelligence are becoming a strategic issue for executive teams. How organizations deal with these cyber security risks will determine their success in the new digital normal.''
