Management of AI and Cyber Security

Digitization has become so ingrained in our society it is impossible to imagine our world and our business without it. Organizations and governments are increasingly looking at automatization and AI for sustainable solutions to societal challenges. These opportunities, however, go hand in hand with risks, for example in the form of cybercrime. Daily, we are bombarded by news about data leaks and coordinated cyber-attacks that endanger organizations. But how do you defend against theft of data? How do you itemize cyber security on the strategic agenda and follow it up in operations? What are the ethical and practical questions you need to ask when you want to make use of AI?

In the MBA-module Management of AI and Cyber Security we offer insight into these questions and help you develop practical tools to manage your organization as CXO, also in tumultuous times.

AI and Cyber Security on the strategic agenda

Both topics, and especially the combination of them, should be on the strategic agenda of every organization that wants to stay relevant and futureproof. It is not enough to employ a few experts on the subject, it is at management level that these topics should be discussed and understood to respond timely to both opportunities and risks.
