He designs and delivers core Operations and Supply Chain Management courses across Nyenrode’s undergraduate and graduate programs, work that has twice earned him the university’s “Professor of the Year” award. He developed a multi-objective simulation game for teaching sustainable operations and sharpening learners’ critical and systems thinking skills. The game was also published in the field’s leading educational journal and adopted by other business schools. Beyond the classroom, Ahmadi supervises master’s and PhD candidates, reflecting his commitment to academic development and mentorship.
