Leadership Essentials (English)
Introduction
Leadership Essentials
In the Leadership Essentials program, you will explore how to lead with impact—by mobilizing people through authenticity and purpose. You will learn how to bring out the best in yourself and in others, not only in today’s context but with a view toward long-term leadership effectiveness.
This program is designed for professionals who lead teams, manage projects, or hold coordinating or supervisory roles. It is equally valuable for formal managers as well as those in informal leadership positions who are ready to deepen their leadership capabilities.
We approach leadership from multiple angles: you will examine its core principles, develop key leadership competencies, and gain insights into your personal drivers, beliefs, and blind spots. You will reflect on your leadership and collaboration style, explore group dynamics, and discover how to guide teams, projects, or organizations toward a shared goal. You will also learn to communicate your vision effectively and expand your behavioral repertoire as a leader.
What will you gain?
You will develop a clear understanding of the difference between leadership and management—and know when to apply each. You will gain self-awareness around your authentic leadership style and learn to navigate your role with greater intention and control. Through both the program and real-world practice, you will test new leadership behaviors and approaches. You will build the ability to inspire, foster collaboration, and drive progress toward shared objectives. Finally, you will define concrete next steps to continue growing your leadership in practice.
Who is this program for?
Leadership Essentials is designed for professionals in coordinating, supervisory, or leadership roles who want to strengthen their leadership impact. You seek to lead with greater awareness—understanding what you do, why you do it, and how it influences others—and to make intentional, value-driven choices.
We welcome participants with a minimum of five years of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent thinking level), and at least some experience in leading or coordinating others (a formal management title is not required). You bring an open and positive mindset, are willing to engage in self-reflection, and value peer learning and exchange.
