There is a growing demand for knowledge on embedding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within organizations. Yet companies often approach CSR in a non-strategic way, resulting in fragmented projects, demotivation of employees, and a harmful impact on society. To bridge this knowledge gap, prof. dr. André Nijhof, prof. dr. Ronald Jeurissen, and Diane Zandee MSc RC have developed an action research approach called Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) in Action.
