The Impact MBA Executive Track is a two-year part-time self-paced momentum to your personal development and growing your impact within your organization. You will study once a month from Wednesday to Saturday at one of our locations: Amsterdam or Breukelen. This ensures that you can arrange your studying in a way that is most beneficial for your employer and your private life. Our online learning hub supports this by enabling you to switch from on-campus to online learning throughout the program. Together with your fellow students you will start with the Pre-MBA courses, after which you will follow the main curriculum built around the latest business topics. The Impact MBA Executive Track provides you with the latest knowledge and techniques to become an authentic and responsible leader that can bring positive change to any organization amidst a world driven by sustainable and technological opportunities. Through case method learning, company projects and introspective exercises you will study in a way that reflects how businesses operate. This ensures that what you learn during the MBA you can directly apply at work. Through the Personal Leadership Development Journey you will gain a better understanding of yourself and how you can bring value to an organization. A selection of elective courses will allow you to customize your MBA-journey towards your personal interests and new subjects beneficial to the next steps in your career.

Pre-MBA courses

These will be offered fully online and aim to prepare you for the main part of the Impact MBA.
The courses need to be successfully completed before you can start with your MBA.

Final Thesis

Under the guidance of a faculty member you will undertake a research assignment project for a company.


To be eligible to apply for our Impact MBA Executive Track you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree.
    Based on the type and subject of your previous degree, you may be required to complete a (part of) short online preparatory course before the start of the Impact MBA. Candidates who are not required to complete a (part of) the preparatory course may choose to do so voluntarily to update their skills and knowledge (a fee of 400 euro per course applies). 
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time post-graduate work experience.
  • English proficiency test result achieved via: IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 92 / CAE or CPF min. score of 176.
    The English proficiency test must have been taken max. 2 years before the start of the program. Waivers are available upon request for graduates of English-taught Bachelor or Master degree programs and native speakers of English language.
  • Admission test results achieved via: GMAT min. score of 550, an equivalent GRE test score or an average LTP test score of min. 2.3.
  • Motivation Letter.
  • Two Reference Letters from your professional career.

Admission procedure

The admissions process of our Impact MBA program takes place in 4 steps. Once we have received and approved your documentation and have held an (online) interview, we decide on your eligibility.

1. Talk to our MBA program advisor.

By joining a webinar or by visiting a life event. Plan a CV-check / personal call to discuss your situation and goals.

2. Submit your application online.

Upload your CV and motivation letter. Include transcripts of your Bachelor / Master diploma plus grades list.

3. Take the Nyenrode LTP admission test.

Measure your personal and intellectual capabilities (e.g. abstract reasoning, numerical).

4. Interview with our MBA admissions team.
