The Impact MBA Executive Track is a two-year part-time self-paced momentum to your personal development and growing your impact within your organization. You will study once a month from Wednesday to Saturday at one of our locations: Amsterdam or Breukelen. This ensures that you can arrange your studying in a way that is most beneficial for your employer and your private life. Our online learning hub supports this by enabling you to switch from on-campus to online learning throughout the program. Together with your fellow students you will start with the Pre-MBA courses, after which you will follow the main curriculum built around the latest business topics. These accreditations are the legal basis for granting the degree Master of Business Administration.

Programme

The Impact MBA Executive Track provides you with the latest knowledge and techniques to become an authentic and responsible leader that can bring positive change to any organization amidst a world driven by sustainable and technological opportunities. Through case method learning, company projects and introspective exercises you will study in a way that reflects how businesses operate. This ensures that what you learn during the MBA you can directly apply at work. Through the Personal Leadership Development Journey you will gain a better understanding of yourself and how you can bring value to an organization. A selection of elective courses will allow you to customize your MBA-journey towards your personal interests and new subjects beneficial to the next steps in your career.

Pre-MBA courses

These will be offered fully online and aim to prepare you for the main part of the Impact MBA.
The courses need to be successfully completed before you can start with your MBA.

Under the guidance of a faculty member you will undertake a research assignment project for a company.

Requirements

To be eligible to apply for our Impact MBA Executive Track you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (with minimal 1 year in a managerial role).
  • English proficiency test result achieved via TOEFL iBT 92 / IELTS 6.5 / CERF B2.
  • Admission test results achieved via GMAT (550), GRE (equivalent of 550) or take our Nyenrode LTP test (2.3).
  • Two reference letters from your professional or academic career.

Admission procedure

The admissions process of our Impact MBA program takes place in 4 steps. Once we have received and approved your documentation and have held an (online) interview, we decide on your eligibility.

1. Talk to our MBA program advisor.

By joining a webinar or by visiting a life event. Plan a CV-check / personal call to discuss your situation and goals.

2. Submit your application online.
Upload your CV and motivation letter. Include transcripts of your Bachelor / Master diploma plus grades list.
3. Take the Nyenrode LTP admission test.

Measure your personal and intellectual capabilities (e.g. abstract reasoning, numerical).

4. Interview with our MBA admissions team.

Be authentic, professional, and honest. Share what you wish to gain from the MBA and what you bring to Nyenrode.
