AEM-CUBE® Certification Program

It is ancient wisdom that perfect individuals do not necessarily make perfect teams. Instead, you will find that the best-performing teams consist of very normal people. In other words: the whole is more valuable than the sum of its parts. Besides skills and knowledge, cognitive and strategic diversity are also important success factors for high-performance teams. The AEM-Cube® is an assessment tool that visualizes individuals’ natural contribution to growth and maps the cognitive and strategic diversity in a team or organization.

We live in a world that is continuously changing and becoming more complex at an ever-faster pace. Research by Alison Reynolds and David Lewis has shown that high -performance teams display great cognitive diversity: that is, different ways in which individuals process knowledge and respond to new and complex situations.
Ideally, this goes hand in hand with the ability to anticipate change and adapt to it successfully. The AEM-Cube® offers insight into how individuals, teams and organizations respond to (strategic) change and how they can ensure sustainable growth and performance.

In collaboration with Human Insight, Nyenrode Business University offers a three-day certification program for the AEM-Cube® assessment. The AEM-Cube® Certification Program will provide you with all the skills and knowledge required to put the AEM-Cube® into practice.
