Als Programma Manager heb je een zeer veelzijdige functie waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor de voorbereiding, planning, uitvoering en evaluatie van een aantal vakken en overkoepelende werkzaamheden binnen de (Post)Master Accountancy.

In samenspel met het programmamanagement team en vakdocenten ben je als Program Manager verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het Foundations of Management programma. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het acquireren van nieuwe deelnemers en je onderhoudt zelfstandig klantenrelaties. Je begeleidt het leerproces van de deelnemers in het programma en onderhoudt contacten met de faculteit en gastsprekers. Ook ben je op didactisch gebied sparringpartner voor de docenten met als doel transformatief onderwijs uiting te geven in het programma.

Als Programma Coördinator (Customized Executive Education) ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle organisatorische, logistieke, digitale en facilitaire zaken van diverse executive programma’s. Je werkt nauw samen met de business directors en programma managers die commercieel en inhoudelijk verantwoordelijk zijn.

You work using strict instructions and protocols during written, digital, and online examinations, to ensure exams proceed in an accurate manner and are prepared to supervise and implement (if necessary) measures accordingly. Furthermore, additional tasks must be performed, such as preparing the exams for pick-up and rounding out any post-exam actions necessary. You report to the head invigilator on duty.
