The Jongste Compagnie van Verre – or Youngest Company from Afar – (JCV) is Nyenrode Business Universiteit Amsterdam student association. Since the location in Amsterdam is connected to Nyenrode, the desire was to extend this connection to the student association, leading to the foundation of JCV next to NCV.
The JCV was established in 2011 by a group of students who believed in the power of friendship, the importance of active student participation and the character building qualities of getting out of your comfort zone.
Committees within the association organize a variety of activities, some of them aimed at informing JCV members, some aiming to challenge and others focusing on physical activity.
