Locations

The estate boasts 40 multifunctional rooms and halls for small or large gatherings (max. 320 people). Our rooms are ideal for (business) meetings and (multi-day) conferences. You can find meeting rooms in our main building (Dr Albert Heijn Building, linked to the De Rooij Building), the Castle, Coach House and ‘De 3 Fontyne’ and we can equip each space to your specifications. Of course, we provide modern audio-visual equipment.

The 3 Fontyne

All meeting rooms come with audio equipment, microphone, flip-over, projector, laptop and projection screen, and we can offer a range of additional facilities and services to ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • Free parking for over 1,000 vehicles
  • Your company name on our information screens
  • Your corporate flag on display
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Dining in our restaurant
  • Sports and outdoor activities on the estate
  • Transport to and from the estate via boat (external hire)
  • Extra audiovisual support (external hire)
  • Extra room decorations and facilities such as a stage, flowers, linen, a red carpet, additional seating, et cetera (external hire)

How do I get to Nyenrode?

Nyenrode is located in the center of the Netherlands, at about 20 minutes from both Amsterdam and Utrecht. You can easily reach us by public transport or car, and we provide ample free parking. There are multiple charge points for electric cars on the estate, subject to availability. It is not possible to reserve a charge point.

Marketing and communication

All instances of marketing and communication in which the name Nyenrode is used for more than an indication of the location need to be approved prior to publication.
