Alex Roepers, alumnus of the 1977 BBA at Nyenrode, left early 1981 for America to jump start his career. The connection Roepers always felt with Nyenrode has never faded. To make studying at Nyenrode possible for people with insufficient fund, he has realized four scholarships.

2021 is the year of the 75-year Anniversary of Nyenrode Business University. But that will not be the only anniversary we celebrate this year: this was also the month, ten years ago, that Nyenrode started its Amsterdam adventure with the purchase of the New Business School.
